Castile and Leon Coat of Arms, Fuenterrabia's Castle, Basque Country, Spain

ESP Escudo que representa las armas de Castilla y León con el águila bicéfala imperial y el Toisón de Oro. Se trata de un añadido de los años 60 del s. XX cuando se restauró el castillo para convertirlo en Parador Nacional y como recuerdo de las reformas llevadas a cabo por el emperador Carlos V en el s. XVI.

ENG Coat of arms representing the arms of Castile and León with the imperial double-headed eagle and the Golden Fleece. This was added in the 1960s when the castle was restored to become a Parador National hotel and as a reminder of the reforms carried out by Emperor Charles V in the 16th century.
